At Orion Bats, we do not rush things, including shipping. Since the polyurethane clear coat takes two weeks to fully cure, we try to have the bats arrive at their destination so that they are ready to use as soon as they arrive. With that in mind, most bats will be shipped via USPS. Typically, your bat should arrive between two to three weeks after ordering.
Should the need for a bat to be returned arise, please email [email protected]. If the bat is being returned for reasons of our error or breakage guarantee, Orion Bats will pay the cost of the return.
